About project
The tactical medicine website is developed by a consortium of organizations, namely the All-Ukrainian Resuscitation Council, the NGO "Reformation," and the American-Ukrainian Medical Foundation, in coordination with the Defense Health Agency’s Joint Trauma System (JTS) and the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC).
The website consolidates translations of educational materials from the U.S.-based Deployed Medicine website. These resources are intended for use by medical training centers, tactical medics, and service members saving the lives of their comrades on the battlefield. The primary goal of these materials is to support instructors in tactical medicine training.
Currently, the armed forces that have implemented the TCCC system (NATO countries) report the highest casualty survival rates in their history.
The original material is a product of the U.S. Department of Defense. The Ukrainian translation is carried out by Ukrainian volunteers and translators coordinated by the NGO "Reformation" and the American-Ukrainian Medical Foundation. Scientific editing is performed by the All-Ukrainian Resuscitation Council. The materials published on this website may not be used for commercial purposes, sold, or otherwise exploited for profit. Any reproduction of the materials must be officially authorized by the TCCC Committee and the U.S. Department of Defense.
